No forms on this website. No registration fee. No queue outside a hotel in the heat. You audition on Instagram, from wherever you are, using the phone already in your hand. Here is exactly how it works.

Follow the show & pick your brief

Follow @thebigbreakindia on Instagram. Every day we post fresh briefs for all 3 disciplines. Themes for singing. Tracks to dance to. A real audition script to perform.

  • Singers: choose any song that fits the given theme or situation from Instagram's music library
  • Dancers: use any of the songs mentioned on the latest post
  • Actors: use the script on the brief post
  • Enter as many times as you like, in as many disciplines as you like

Record your reel & send it as a collab

Shoot your reel. Then, before you post, tap Invite Collaborators & add @thebigbreakindia. This is the step that matters. A collab request is your entry. A DM is not.

  • Keep your profile public so we can see the entry
  • Tag @thebigbreakindia on your reel
  • Shoot vertical, in decent light, with clean sound

Get accepted & go up on the show feed

We accept entries every day. The moment yours is accepted, your reel appears on The Big Break feed & on yours at the same time, in front of the mentors' audience & your own.

Every week, the mentors sit down on YouTube to watch, react & argue about the entries. Shortlists get called there. Keep an eye on the channel & on @thebigbreakindia.
